Spencer/Hines Property Management, LLC began serving Upstate owners in 2002 and has operated as a local market leader ever since. What started with a handful of Spartanburg properties now covers more than 527,000 square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial space, managed for institutional investors and individual owners alike.
