When are monthly statements delivered?
Statements follow the close of each month once vendor invoices and rent receipts are processed and accounts are reconciled, and they arrive on a consistent schedule so you know when to expect them.
How do I get access to the owner portal?
New owners are set up during onboarding and receive an invitation to create login credentials. If you need access restored or a second user added, contact the office and we will handle it.
What documents do you keep on file for my property?
Executed leases and amendments, guarantees, vendor contracts, invoices, inspection reports, insurance certificates and financial records, all organized and available when a lender, buyer or accountant needs them.
Can I change how my reporting is delivered?
Yes. Format, level of detail, recipients and delivery method can all be adjusted. If your lender or partners require a specific package, we build that into your reporting from the start.
